Fueled by Jesus, filled with Awe!
I'll take this thesis and make you pause
U been there done that bought the tee
But He paid the price to set you free!
Raised in church now got Religious fatigue
Some fall back after being Deceived
Don't count God out by the heart of man
He never turns away, may be hard to understand
Who can forgive sins no man only God
But I know He can, now round of applause
Dropped jaws, the elders just lost all
Outlaws of the world preachin the Gospel
So many unashamed, but what's the reality?
Act like peas in a pod, a reunion mentality
More than clique, is your mentality suspicious?
We never did it that way before, how is this religious?
Jesus was a rebel, shaking the earth
Open up! There's no mistakin His worth
He's right here in front of you
Yet you don't know what to do
What is it that troubles you
Do you know what His love will do
You've been searching for the best truth
He is the ONE truth, He came down to rescue...
You and your crew, everyone you ever knew
Friends and family and your enemies too
Now it's up to you to make a toast
In the crucifixion is what we will boast
Now that's a bold statement turn my life up
Don't waste your life just like John Piper
